Katie Cherkasky is a former federal prosecutor and military veteran who has established herself as one of the nation’s most respected legal analysts, legal writers, and trial attorneys. With extensive experience in complex sexual-crime federal litigation and appeals, she has become particularly well-known for her Constitutional expertise and logical approach to the law. With nearly two decades of experience, she has litigated dozens of complex federal sex-crime jury trials, authored many dozens of appeals on the topic, and represented thousands more dealing with sexual related offenses.
