Andrew and Katie Cherkasky are the founding partners of Golden Law. They have over 35 years of experience in the law. Our attorneys are all former federal prosecutors and military veterans. Our attorneys have spent their careers highly focused on trial and appellate litigation of sexual assault and other forms of #MeToo allegations. We have had hundreds of fully litigated jury trials in sexual assault cases with an astonishing success rate. The firm tackles a wide array of high profile cases involving sexual misconduct allegations. Before beginning his own practice more than a decade ago, Andrew was a decorated senior military trial lawyer.

Katie primarily focuses her legal practice on complex military appeals and administrative actions, but she is also an experienced trial attorney with dozens of court-martial victories. Katie is a decorated former JAG.
